Nomad Tree Farm began when we were trying to find property to build our home. As soon as we saw this property, we knew this was the one for us. We bought the property in 2017 where we began the process of building our home. Once the house was complete, the real work began. While taking a good look at the property, we found it was full of dead and dying Christmas trees. We knew we had to dig them up and start from scratch. As we were cleaning and prepping, we uncovered an old camper in the back of our field that had seen it's better days. It was a bit of an eyesore that kept coming more into focus the more we cleared out the dead trees. The name on the camper was Nomad, which gave us the idea for the name of the farm. In 2020 we were able to plant our first set of Christmas trees. We planted approximately seven hundred new trees during our first year and will continue to do so until our fields are full. In about five to seven years our first set of trees will be ready to be tagged. For now, we are offering precut trees and wreaths. Stop by and enjoy photo ops, a fire pit for roasting marshmallows, and a gift shop that's full of Christmas decor that will make your home feel merry and bright!
